With more than 25 years of experience in the engineering field, Wayne’s breadth of knowledge is vast, having worked in private consulting and senior level positions in the public sector. Wayne is the Owner of Mathan Consulting, which specializes in IPD. After successfully leading The City of Red Deer through a project using IPD – the first municipality in North American to do so – Wayne recognized that his experience, knowledge and skill could help guide and support others to success using IPD, and Mathan Consulting was born. As an expert, he is sought after by public and private sector clients looking for advice and counsel on IPD.
